Second (2nd) Annual Examinations 2023
Recently some new rules have been made by the education boards in which the name of the supplementary exams has been changed to second annual exam. So now your supplementary exam result will be written second annual exam instead of the supplementary exam.
Details about Admission Supplementary Examination 2023
The notification is released by PBCC in which said ”I am directed to inform that the Punjab Boards Committee of Chairpersons (PBCC) has approved, in-anticipation, the following schedule regarding submission of fee/admission forms and date of commencement of SSC (2nd Annual) Examination, 2023 for all BISES in Punjab”.

New Policy for 2nd Annaul Examinations 2023 |

According to the new policy issued by the board for supplementary exams i.e. second annual exams, three consecutive chances of supplementary exams will now be given.
If the student does not pass in the first chance, then a second chance will be given. Similarly, if there is no pass in the second chance, then a third chance will be given.
But if the student fails even in the third chance, he will have to retake all the subjects of Part I and Part II.
This policy is issued by IBCC and notification was sent to all education boards.
The nine education boards of Punjab are following this policy, while the education boards of other provinces will decide whether they follow this policy or not.
